1 Introduction

By accessing fbaje at fbaje.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the fbaje platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

fbaje reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, fbaje may suspend your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. This is a standard anti-fraud measure that protects all players on the platform.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on fbaje. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on fbaje, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If your contact information changes, update it in your fbaje account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your fbaje account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. fbaje will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact fbaje support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your fbaje account.
• Do not access fbaje from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any additional security features offered by fbaje when available.
• Report suspicious activity on your account to fbaje support without delay.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fbaje processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No international payment methods or cryptocurrency are accepted at this time.

Deposits on fbaje are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 10 minutes, contact fbaje support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 200
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• fbaje does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

fbaje reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement. Players who have not completed verification may experience delays. We recommend completing verification early to avoid any hold on your winnings.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fbaje offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all fbaje bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal is permitted.

6 Game Rules & Betting

Each game available on fbaje — including Aviator, Racing, Money Wheel, Pool Rummy, Snooker, Phoenix Rises, and Panda Dragon Boat — operates according to its own specific rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

All game outcomes on fbaje are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested to ensure fairness. fbaje does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. The house edge is built into the published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, fbaje will void the affected round and return stakes to all players.
• If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection on your end, the round result stands as determined by the RNG at the time of disconnection.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• fbaje reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you may raise a dispute with fbaje support within 24 hours of the round in question. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on fbaje. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of the violation.

• Creating more than one account on fbaje.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with fbaje games or systems.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the fbaje platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing fbaje using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fbaje staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

fbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

Inactive accounts: An fbaje account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. fbaje may charge a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 50 on inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

Voluntary closure: You may close your fbaje account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

Closure due to violations: If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fbaje reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full.

9 Responsible Gaming

fbaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity. These tools are available directly from your fbaje account settings and can be activated at any time.
